Our Story
Trinidad and Tobago islands are accompanied by a lovely, rich culture which is deeply intertwined with the aromatic food they’ve perfected over generations. To honour this, we invest in up with fresh ideas for our dishes, without compromising their authenticity or the ingredients we use to the spiciness of each component of a dish. We make use of our customers' feedback to refine our dishes, which has led to our own style of delicious Carribean cuisine. Since we opened, we have come a long way and we hope that we will continue to remain here in the future to provide our local area with mouth-watering food!
